The 2023 Become a Veterinary Camp contest starts today. Thanks to the support of VCA Animal Hospitals, this year’s contest is BIGGER than ever! Forty-five lucky aspiring veterinarians will win scholarships to Auburn College of Veterinary Medicine’s Jr. Vet Camp. The Jr. Vet Camp will be held from June 18th – June 23rd, 2023 in Auburn, Alabama.
45 Aspiring Veterinarians Have the Chance to Win!
The Auburn Jr. Vet Camp is one of the premier veterinary camps in the world. You’ll get hands on experience with animals like beagles, horses, goats, snakes, dairy cattle, and llamas. You’ll also spend your time at the veterinary college with veterinary students as your guides exploring everything from parasitology to pathology. There is no better way to explore your dream of becoming an animal doctor.
To enter you must be a rising 6th, 7th and 8th grade student in the Fall of 2023 and tell us your story in 300 words or less. We want to know:

Wow! This looks so fun! Unfortunately I can't go this year to the Auburn Vet Camp but I'm going to the Phoenix Herpetological Society vet camp this summer. I'm really looking forward to it! I'm definitely going to try to go to Auburn Vet Camp next year though.

Wow!!! This is such a cool opportunity! I just wish they had something like this for high schoolers. I found out about this app a little late. To all of you middle schoolers, make sure you take advantage of this!
